Our client is seeking a highly skilled and certified Workday Developer Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support and ensuring the optimal performance and continuous improvement of our Workday Developer platform.
Key Responsibilities
· Certification in Workday is must and substantial hands-on experience with Workday HCM
· Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Studio XSLT, EIBs, and Workday Web Services
· Proficiency in integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies
· Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to lead and prioritize multiple integration projects
· Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
· Experience in configuring and implementing Workday & Experience in troubleshooting and resolving incidents
· Design, develop, and maintain Workday modules & Implement and manage integrations between Workday and other systems, optimizing data flow and ensuring data accuracy.
· Customize and configure Workday applications to meet specific business requirements, providing a tailored user experience.
· Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather and understand functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
· Conduct thorough testing of developed modules to ensure functionality, data integrity, and system stability. Address and resolve any issues identified during testing phases.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations to facilitate knowledge transfer and future system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a certified Workday HCM.
- With hands-on experience in Workday development HCM.
