Our client is seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support and development services, ensuring the optimal performance and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- The ServiceNow developer is the technology subject matter expert responsible for the analysis, design, development and implementation of software projects on the ServiceNow platform.
- SNOWHRSD & On boarding and B2B calls experience
- Monitor the health of ServiceNow HRSD for all open HR cases (Agent Workspace for HR and via Legacy lists), Dashboard availability, Group membership, Employee Portal (Employee Center Pro), Knowledge
- Develop and design reports and Dashboards to support HR teams
- Support Approvers in workflows with access to information as needed
- Develop, configure, and manage ServiceNow applications using scripting and low code/no code implementations.
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflows.
- Implement ITIL and ITSM best practices using the ServiceNow platform.
- Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Implements ServiceNow workflows that integrate with external web services
- Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components
- Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented
- Handles Incidents per published SLAs, ensures system stability by actioning required maintenance scheduled tasks, and addresses system issues impacting SLAs
- Designs and develops a workflow framework that can be applied to many workflows, and continuing to seek new opportunities to improve our current manual processes
- Provides standard methodologies for guiding adoption and influencing the customer to make investments in the solution
- Contributes to a ServiceNow roadmap that plans out investments in system maintenance, upgrade schedule, system improvements and additions to the ServiceNow ecosystem that aligns with the longer term goals and objectives of IT and SNOWโs customers
Required Qualifications
- Must be a certified ServiceNow Developer. (Certified System Administrator & Certified Application Developer )
